COLONIE – Police are looking for a man who is deaf and has diminished mental capacity who went missing Sunday afternoon.
Peter Gilroy, 56, left his home in Loudonville and was last linked to a credit card purchase at a Gulf gas station in East Greenbush around 3 p.m. He does not have a cell phone on him.
He has only a handful of known destinations and any deviation from his routine can result in him getting lost and disoriented, police said. He also went missing a year ago and was located in Vermont.
