WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Cindy Templeton, by her own admission, is “fully, 100% deaf.” She’s also about to give birth, with an inducement date just two days away.
“It’s a girl, it’s her first baby,” said her friend Judy Jordan, translating Templeton’s sign language. When Templeton asked for an interpreter in the room while she’s in labor, she says Houston Healthcare didn’t give her the answer she wanted.
