Can you imagine taking your child to the doctor & having this happen? Unfortunately in Cleveland, this is an all too common experience for our Deaf friends. We are investigating what happened at the Cleveland Clinic on 1/1/20 where no interpreter was provided and communication was through our Deaf client’s minor child.
